Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Renal Edema Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency With Yushen Luhe Wupi Decoction

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Yu Shenlu and Wu Pi Yin in treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type renal edema,to provide a reference for TCM treatment of renal edema by diffently syndrome.Material and Method: The total of 60 patients were divided into two groups which treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of nephrology outpatient clinic accord with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,two groups were based on the general treatment(including low salt and low protein diet,pay attention to rest,regulating emotions,control blood pressure,etc.)one group to the decoction of Yu Shen Lu and Wu PIYin 100 ml three times a day after meal orally,as treatment group,another group with the pill of Shenyan-Xiaozhong 5 tablets three times a day after meal orally,as control group,the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Record the relevant indicators before and after treatment,using Spss17.0 statistical software to analyze the data.Results:1.In the weight、urine volume: the two groups were compared before and after treatment,all have the difference(P < 0.05);after the treatment,the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.To reduce the urine protein:urinary protein qualitative statistics showed that,between the two groups after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).24 hour urinary protein quantitative statistics showed that,comparing the two groups before and after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);between the two groups after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Analysis of curative effect of treatment of urinary protein,clinical control group were 5 cases,9 cases were excellent,11 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 83.33%,control group,clinical control were 3 cases,2 cases were excellent,12 cases were effective,13 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 56.67%,compared with two groups of curative effect,has the difference(P < 0.05).3.Analysis of edema curative effect: treatment group clinical control were 5 cases,10 cases were excellent,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 83.33%,control group,clinical control were 3 cases,5 cases were excellent,13 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 70%,compared with two groups of curative effect,has no difference(P > 0.05).4.Analysis of the curative effect of TCM syndrome: in the treatment group,clinical control were 6 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 86.67%,control group,clinical control were 2 cases,3cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,14 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency were 53.33%,compared with two groups of curative effect has the difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Yu Shen Lu and Wu PIYin decoction、Nephritis swelling tablets on patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type renal edema is effective,can reduce weight,increase 24 hoururine volume,improve the degree of edema,reduce urinary protein loss and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Yu Shen Lu and Wu PIYin decoction and Nephritis swelling tablets in the treatment of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency type renal edema have no diffence in reducing weight,increasing 24 hour urine volume,improving the degree of edema.3.The Yu Shen Lu and Wu PIYin decoction in the treatment of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency type renal edema is better than the Nephritis swelling tablets in reducing urinary protein loss,improving the TCM symptoms.
