Purpose:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with enhanced external counterpulsation on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and the effect on tumor necrosis factor-? and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,and to explore its mechanism. Methods: A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris were enrolled in the Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to February 2016.The subjects were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of randomized control Group of 60 cases. The control group to conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment, observed 4 weeks. The treatment group in the conventional Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of combined treatment of external counterpulsation, once a day, every 60 minutes, observed 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the levels of serum TNF-? and MCP-1 were observed before and after treatment, and the changes of angina pectoris and TCM symptoms were recorded before and after treatment. Results : 1.Angina pectoris symptoms: the average rank value of the treatment group is greater than the control group, the two groups of angina symptoms were significantly different(Z=-3.530,P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.2.TCM syndrome curative effect between the two groups: treatment group average rank value is greater than the control group, with significant difference(Z = 3.806,P < 0.05),the treatment group of TCM syndrome curative effect is better than the control group.3.Serum TNF-? levels:There was no significant difference in serum TNF-? level between the two groups before treatment(P=0.969).After two treatment groups of serum TNF-? were significantly lower,Serum TNF-? levels were statistically different(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-? in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Serum MCP-1 levels:There was no significant difference in serum MCP-1 levels between the two groups before treatment(p<0.05).After two treatment groups of serum MCP-1 were significantly lower,Serum MCP-1levels were statistically different(P<0.05).The levels of serum MCP-1 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion : 1.Combination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external counterpulsation can significantly improve angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina and TCM syndrome.2.Expectorant Chinese medicine jointly with EECP may affect coronary heart disease in patients with tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?)and serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)levels.3.Eliminating phlegm and resolving stasis TCM combined with external counterpulsation treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina effective, less adverse reactions, patients with good tolerance,it is worth promoting the use of coronary heart disease unstable angina(phlegm and blood stasis).
