Clinical Observation Of Chinese Medicine Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris And Its Effect On Serum NO And ET-1

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gelanxinning soft capsule combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris accompanied by interlinking of phlegm retention and blood stasis,and its effects on serum nitric oxide and endothelin-1,and to study its mechanism.Methods: In this study,a total of 160 patients with unstable angina pectoris accompanied by interlinking of phlegm retention and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily participated in this research were divided into a treatment group and a control group,each with 80 cases.The patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment combined with Gelanxinning soft capsule treatment,and patients in the treatment group received in vitro external counterpulsation treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group for 35 days.The angina pectoris symptoms,the TCM syndrome scores,and the changes of serum NO and ET-1 were compared before and after treatment in patients of the two groups.Results:1.The efficacy on the angina pectoris symptoms: after treatment,the angina pectoris symptoms of patients in the two groups were alleviated significantly,with the total effective rate of 97.50% in the treatment group and 93.67% in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.The efficacy on TCM syndromes: After treatment,the TCM syndromes of patients in the two groups were significantly improved,with the total effective rate of 96.25% in the treatment group,and the total effective rate of 92.41% in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).3.The serum NO level: After treatment,the serum NO level of patients in the two groups increased significantly(P <0.01),and the degree of increase in the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P <0.01).4.The serum ET-1 levels: After treatment,the serum ET-1 levels of patients in both groups were significantly reduced(P <0.01),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P <0.01).5.Study safety: There were no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects in the treatment of patients in the two groups,and no obvious abnormalities in the detection of safety indicators,indicating that the treatment schemes for patients in the two groups were safe.Conclusion:1.Gelanxinning soft capsule combined with external counterpulsation therapy can significantly improve the angina pectoris symptoms and TCM symptoms in patients patients with unstable angina pectoris accompanied by interlinking of phlegm retention and blood stasis,which may be related to the regulation of the expression levels of serum NO and ET-1and the improvement of endothelial function.2.Gelanxinning soft capsule combined with external counterpulsation therapy for the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris(interlinking of phlegm retention and blood stasis)has obvious effect and good safety.
