Purpose: To observe clinical curative effect of enhanced external counterpulsation with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of patients, belonging to phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome, with unstable angina after PCI and its influence on the content of serum TXA2,PG12,ET-1and NO,and to explore its mechanism.Material and method:The experimental study selected 60 patients, who fit with the standard.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group.each group had 30 cases. The control group adopts Fu Fang Wen Ban direction and conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated by Fu Fang Wen Ban direction, enhanced external counterpulsation and conventional western medicine.Everyday, the treatment of external counterpulsation lasts 60 minutes. Two groups were observed for four weeks.According to the CRF,assessing the two groups' before and after treatment of angina pectoris symptom integral and curative effect,TCM syndrome integral and curative effect. The two groups' serum TXA2,PGI2,ET-1 and NO were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method before and after treatment. And then,to compere and analyze the data.Results:1.Symptom score and curative effect of angina pectoris: after the treatment, the treatment group's angina symptoms integral has significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).The score of angina in the control group is lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment, the score of angina symptom in treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Between the two groups, the average rank value of the treatment group is greater than the control group, symptoms of angina pectoris curative effect has significant difference(P<0.01).The treatment group angina pectoris curative effect is better than the control group.2.TCM syndrome integral and curative effect : After the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and control group is significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score of treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Between the two groups, the average rank value of the treatment group is greater than the control group,TCM syndrome curative effect has significant difference(P<0.05).TCM syndrome curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The content of TXA2 in the serum: After the treatment, the content of TXA2 of the treatment group and control group is significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment, the content of TXA2 of treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).4.The content of PGI2 in the serum: After the treatment, the content of PGI2 of the treatment group and control group is significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment, the content of PGI2 of treatment group is higher than the control group(P<0.01).5.The content of ET-1 in the serum: After the treatment, the content of ET-1 of the treatment group and control group is significantly lower than before the treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment, the content of ET-1 of treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.01).6.The content of NO in the serum: After the treatment, the content of NO of the treatment group and control group is significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.01).After the treatment, the content of NO of treatment group is higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Enhanced external counterpulsation with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients, belonging to phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome, with unstable angina after PCI.2.Enhanced external counterpulsation with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine therapy can obviously increase the content of serum PCI2 and NO in patients, belonging to phlegm turbid blood stasis syndrome, with unstable angina after PCI,and significantly decreases the content of serum TXA2 and ET-1.
