Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal compound-Wenban Decoction combined with enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome),and its influence on the content of serum angiotensin?.Material and method:Selected 120 cases of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, each group of 60 cases, the control group was treated with basic treatment of Western Medicine and Chinese herbal compound-Wenban Decoction, the treatment group was added with enhanced external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group treatment plan, the course of treatment for both group was 4 weeks, before and after the course of treatment, according to the case report form table to assess the two groups of patients angina symptoms score, angina symptoms curative effect,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect, the use of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for the determination of serum angiotensin?levels. To collect baseline data from both groups, safety evaluation index. Results: 1.Baseline:Baseline of two groups are equilibrium and comparable.2.Curative effect of angina symptoms: After the treatment,The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).Anginal symptom integral: After the treatment, both the treatment group and the control group were reduced(P < 0.05).The two groups were compared after treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Effect of TCM Syndromes: After the treatment,The treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome integral: The scores of TCM syndrome in treatment group and control group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).The two groups were compared after treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Angiotensin?level: Both the treatment group and the control group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),after treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Wenban Decoction combined with EECP comprehensive therapy reduces angina symptom score and TCM syndrome score in the treating unstable angina coronary heart disease, improve the symptoms 2.Wenban Decoction combined with EECP comprehensive therapy can reduce the levels of angiotensin?.3.Wenban Decoction combined with EECP treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina and take the affirmation and the clinical efficacy and safety, easy to be accepted by patients, and application degree is high, can be applied to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina.
