Students were faced with difficult employment because of the most difficult graduation season in the history.With the globalization, technological innovation, specialization, work values and the labor market, individual career development changed from the traditional career path to boundaryless career. Career planning was in favor of future career development. Career planning was that individual thought about comprehensive qualities(such as attitudes, interests, motivation, etc.), environment, occupational opportunities and other factors, established their own career goals, and ultimately realized their goals through the planning. Research on the career planning was to discuss the theory and introduce the study abroad, and particularly was very few about studies of college students. This study examined how the perceived career barrier that subjectively perceived barriers and the psychological capital the advantages that was beyond the human resources impacted the level of college students career planning. This study was in favor of enriching theory and helping colleges and parents carrying out career counseling.The study investigated 1259 university students from five universities in Shan dong province and used self-report questionnaires, including career planning level questionnaire, career barriers questionnaire and psychological capital questionnaire. The study found:(1)On the whole, career planning was in the middle-upper level.(2)The difference test on gender: there was no significant difference in the psychological capital, career planning; perceived career barrier existed significant differences, and the boys was higher than girls.The difference test on the class cadre: In student cadres and non-student cadres there were significant differences in psychological capital, career planning, and student cadres scores were significantly higher than non-student cadres; There was no significant difference in the perceived career barrier;The difference test on the professional type: In the professional type there were significant differences in career planning, and engineering college students scored significantly higher than literature and jurisprudence students, literature and jurisprudence students was not difference; There was no significant difference in the perceived career barrier and psychological capital.The difference test on the type of school inspection: In the type of school inspection there were significant differences on career planning,vocational college students scored significantly higher than key universities and ordinary universities, ordinary students scored significantly higher than the level of key university college students; There were significant differences on perceived career barrier, vocational college Students were significantly lower than key universities and ordinary universities, key universities and ordinary universities was not significantly different; There were significant differences on psychological capital, ordinary universities scored significantly lower than key universities and vocational colleges, key universities and ordinary universities was not significantly different.(3)psychological capital, career planning was significantly negatively correlated with perceived career barrier; career planning was significantly positively correlated with psychological capital.(4)Psychological Capital have partial mediator effect on the relationship between perceived career and career planning.(5)Student Leaders played as a moderating role between psychological capital and career planning. With the same psychological capital, student leaders, career planning was higher.(6)In key university students, psychological capital played as a moderating role between perceived career barrier and career planning; In the lower psychological capital level, perceived career barrier was not a significant predictor of career planning; In a high level of psychological capital, perceived career barrier can significantly negatively predictive career planning.
