Starting from the factors affecting college students' career planning,this study explores the impact of College Students' psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy on College Students' career planning.And whether career decision-making self-efficacy has mediating effect in the process of College Students' psychological capital's influence on career planning.This study used the Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)compiled by Zhang Kuo and others,Longlirong and Peng Yongxin's Vocational Decision-Making Self-efficacy Questionnaire for College Students and Dai Yuying's Vocational Planning Scale for College Students to test 550 College students.Using t-test,F-test,correlation analysis and other statistical methods,this paper explores the relationship between College Students' psychological capital,career decision-making self-efficacy and career planning,and analyzes the impact of College Students' psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy on career planning.The results are as follows:1.College students' psychological capital level is medium or high,and the overall structure is good.Optimism is at a high level and toughness is at a lower level.There are significant differences between the total score of psychological capital and the optimistic dimension of hope in grade and student cadres.There are differences in self-efficacy in gender,grade,whether it is an only child and whether it is a student cadre.There are differences in resilience in gender and grade.2.College students' career decision-making self-efficacy level is on the upper middle level.The level of problem solving is the lowest.There are significant differences in career decision-making self-efficacy and each dimension in whether they are student cadres,gender differences in problem solving,grade differences in ability to collect information and choose goals,and planning ability in whether they are only children.3.College students have medium or high level of career planning,and the overall situation of College Students' career planning is relatively good.There are significant differences in the total score and dimensions of career planning in grade and student cadres.There are differences in career orientation in whether they are only children,and there are no significant differences in gender.4.There is a significant positive correlation between College Students' psychological capital,career decision-making self-efficacy and career planning.Psychological capital has a positive predictive effect on career planning.5.College students' career decision-making self-efficacy plays a mediating role between psychological capital and career planning.It shows that psychological capital can directly promote the development of career planning,but also indirectly promote the development of career planning through the intermediary variable of career decision-making self-efficacy.
