Career adaptability is a kind of ability to adapt to unpredictable events and individual to deal with sudden. In recent years, many abroad researchers’ study found that individual career adaptability level is crucial for the career development. In the current increasingly fierce international competition background, improve the employee’s career adaptability is one of the ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and employees. This study selected the employees as the research object, through the revision of the international version, career adaptability questionnaire measurement, and the antecedent variables and outcome variables of career adaptability are discussed, in order to find the breakthrough point feasible for personal career adaptability and enhance the management of enterprises. The research is mainly divided into three parts, Study on one main purpose is to study a revised a suitable for China enterprise staff’s career adaptability questionnaire. Study on two main understanding of career adaptability situation China enterprise employees and on career adaptability in the population/histological differences were compared. Study on three of perceived organizational support, self occupation career management, career adaptability and job performance relationship between four variables. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) Structure on the international version of career adaptability questionnaire was validated, established Chinese enterprise staff’s career adaptability questionnaire, questionnaire consists of career control、career curious、career confidence and career concern 4 dimensions.(2) Employee career adaptability in the whole of upper level, the level of career adaptability than foreign participants to lower.(3) Employee career adaptability, there are significant differences in gender, education, age and position; Different types of work employees only in career confidence dimensions exist significant differences; The nature of different enterprises employees except the difference was not significant in career control, On other dimensions there were significant difference; Different years of working only on career adaptability and career scoring total confidence dimensions exist significant differences.(4) Perceived organizational support, self occupation career management, career adaptability and working performance of the four variables are positive correlation exists between the two two. By using the structural equation model analysis found that, for self occupation career management, career adaptability two variables play an intermediary role in structure model.
