The intangible cultural heritage is a kind of national traditional sports culture which is created and settled down in the long history of mankind. It is a kind of "living culture", which is characterized by the physical activity of the sports and the characteristics of the popular and the group ". Under the impact of globalization and modernization, some national traditional sports culture is facing the threat of inheritance, protection, and gradually assimilation. How to solve these problems is the core of inheritance and protection. Weishan enjoys the reputation of "Yi clan village of China", is the birthplace of southwest minority regime "kingdom", Weishan Yi Dage has a long history, a variety of styles, have the characteristics of "Sports", in 2008 by revenue for the second batch of national non material cultural heritage protection list in. Since then, local government introduced a series of protective measures, Yi "Dage" with a new attitude into the public view and the people's life.This article to "Sports" non material cultural heritage as the research angle of view, through the literature collection and field surveys and other methods, in Weishan Yi clan historical data were collected and analyzed, visited the relevant departments of the leadership, heritage, finishing 2006-2015 years of text, audio and video teaching materials and other material.
