With the progress and development of The Times, the wisdom to cause the attention of more and more people, and we are still lack of effective tool for the measurement of wisdom. Thus, this study took college students as the research subjects and revision of the Three-Dimensional Wisdom Scale foreign scholars compiled.1213 college students were recruited as samples in this investigation for three times in Shandong province, and item analyses, factor analyses, validity and reliability analysis were conducted to revise the questionnaire, and conduct a preliminary application, to explore college students'intelligence development present situation and the demographic variables on whether there is a difference. According to the results, and puts forward the education countermeasures of college students' wisdom development.The main results are as follows:(1) The questionnaire of college students'wisdom includes:"Cognitive Dimension", "Relflectivel Dimension", "Relflective2 Dimension" and "Affective Dimension". Reflection dimensions include reflection 1 and 2. Overall, three are three dimensions and 17 items. The internal consistency coefficient of overall scale was 0.75, and the internal consistency coefficients of all four subscales were above 0.64. The reliabilities of test-retest were 0.66-0.88.(2) The characteristics of college students' wisdom were:College students' wisdom was the medium level; In the "Cognitive Dimension", male college students score higher than that of female college students, "Relflective Dimensions" and "Affective Dimensions" of female college students scored higher than male students; The liberal arts students in total score, "Relflective2 Dimension" and "Affective Dimension" scores higher than that of the science students, but in the "Relflectivel Dimension" and "Cognitive Dimensions" under the school of science living; The non-only child college students' wisdom were higher than the one-child college students; The wisdom of the college from the city and towns were slightly higher than rural students, in the "Relflectivel Dimension", "Cognitive Dimension" and "Affective Dimensions". But rural college students scored slightly higher than that of cities and towns of college students in the "Relflective2 Dimensions".Conchision:(1) The questionnaire of college students'wisdom had acceptable reliabilities and validity, and could be used to measure the college students' wisdom.(2) From the overall, the development level of college students'wisdom was the medium level.
