In1994, the ministry of education, department of the central jointimplementation group began to encourage the college students go down to the basicunits in summer vacation, carry out cultural, scientific and technological, publichealth service. Among these activities, culture project in the countryside can be seenas the beginning of the college students’ education practice. In order to alleviate ruralprimary and secondary school teachers especially shortage of bilingual teachers ofcontradiction, to promote the basic education development steadily, and to strengthenthe practice teaching of higher normal capacity, in September2006, Xinjiang Uygurautonomous region started implementing “educational practice project of highernormal college students to the basic units ". What’s more? In order to expand the sizeof the education internship, combined with the basic unit school requirement, in2010,based on the original cast of Chinese, math, physics and English, the courses of artand music were added into teaching plan of these primary and middle schools.The present paper made a comprehensive investigation and research on thesituation about education practice, management mechanism, the life of thecommunication and teaching of the fine arts education college students in Xinjiang inHetian and Shaya. And we can understand and master the conditions of educationpractice about the art education college students in Hetian and Shaya. Based on theinvestigation, the author carries on theoretical analysis and generalization and makesinstructions, explores the reasons, and puts forward the reasonable solution. Thearticle is divided into seven parts: the first is the opening introduction, which in turnis the problem put forward, purpose and meaning, the definition of the concept, theresearch present situation, the object of study, the research methods, innovation andlimitations. The second part mainly focuses on the general situation of the educationpractice of the Xinjiang university students. The third part refers to the currentsituation on the education practice of art education college students in Hetian andShaya. The fourth part presents the results of the survey and analysis. The fifth partshows survey results summarization and problems of thinking. The sixth partprovides the countermeasure analysis and recommendations. Part seventh makes theconclusion.The main points are as follows:1) Since Xinjiang normal higher art educationalpractice activities have been carried out in Hetian and Shaya, art education hasobtained the certain development, in art class, the fine arts classroom teaching, rate of the construction of campus culture and less likely than ever to have the very bigdevelopment. But at the same time it has many problems; these problems not onlyinfluence art education college students practice, but also influence the recipientschools.2) The investigation shows that: Art education college students practiceeducation can be temporary ease art teacher shortage, however, it can never be thefundamental settlement in Hetian region of the county and Shaya. Art educationcollege students can’t effective play their own professional advantage, their owneducation teaching ability ascension slowly. Countries should change art educationpractice education, make it plays art teacher’s professional advantage effectively, toestablish a fine arts education professional education mode himself. The governmentshould increase the investment to the education, cultivate a group of art educationworkers to service the basic units, change the present situation of education from thefundamental aspects. Along with the increase of the art teachers in the basic units, artpractice of college students will be cancelled gradually.
