Cultural conflict, which means competitive situation created by the encountering of two or more different cultures.Sino-Thai Chinese teacher volunteer program started in 2003, with the mutual efforts, the number of Chines teachers in Thailand rise to 10,567 until March,2015, which mainly allocate in universities, high schools, middle schools. School which provide Chinese teaching rise to thousands in 2014, compared with 242 in 2003. The number of Chinese learner rise from 80,005 to 80 thousand from 2003 to 2015. The number of Chinese volunteer add up to 1845 from 21. In next few years, more schools will set up Chinese language class and more students will join in Chinese language class. The volunteer program get a big achievement with the efforts by both sides and get praised by teachers and students of Thailand.Such achievement depends on selfless efforts of each volunteer. Coming to Thailand, volunteers will face cultural conflict directly, they can not adapt to the management and method of Thailand. This will need us to quickly solve the problem to adapt the teaching in order to get an efficient Chinese teaching.This article starts from the author's own teaching experience, and analyze from three points-the teacher himself, individual factors of student, teaching model of Thailand to find the usual problems of teaching Chinese in Thailand.on the basis of countless analysis, inquiry of other volunteer teachers and summary of teaching experience, the author finally bring answers to there problems, provide efficient helps to upcoming volunteer teachers.This paper finds the problems from my own experience and teaching process to find the efficient way to solve it. Furthermore, the author will apply this to real teaching process to check it out, to find a reliable way to solve the problems volunteers face in order to overcome the problem and serve for the teaching.
