Language is the most important tool of human communication. Therefore, the study of language has great significance. In daily communication, we will certainly ask people do something, others will also ask us do something. This time we cannot do without the use of imperative sentence. Imperative sentence is used to express the request, order, suggestions, prohibition and discouragement such intention. It is indispensable in people's daily communication, it is also the important part that second language learners must master. It is the same for Chinese learners. Using the the proper imperative sentence to express their imperative intention in different situations or face the different communication object can reflect the their good Chinese level, can also help them understand Chinese culture so that they could better integrated into Chinese society. Whether the proper use of imperative sentence of modern Chinese,on the one hand reflects the learner's Chinese level and comprehending skills of the culture of the target language, on the another hand also affects the communicative depth between them and Chinese speakers. Therefore, for Chinese learners, Chinese imperative sentence is very important to study.For the learners who are studying in the school, teaching materials are the support of teaching and learning. Good teaching material is the basis of good teaching effect. Whether the syntax analysis of the imperative sentence in textbooks is perfect or not, whether it has pertinence and adequate practice is the important factors that related to the ability to successfully master the imperatives sentences. So the research about the imperative sentences compiling of textbooks and classroom teaching has important significance.This study take Boya Chinese Comprehensive Textbooks as object of study, mainly to explore the imperatives sentences of the textbook through four chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of this topic and the existing research results, expounds the research purpose, content and research methods, and demonstrates the feasibility of the study.The second chapter is mainly with the aid of existing research results, combing what imperative sentence of modern Chinese is, analyzing the imperative sentence types, the syntactic structure, analyzing detailedly the components of imperative sentences; introducing the imperative mood words. "? " "?" and sentence end additional ingredients like "??" "???" "X ?". Fully understanding the imperatives of the basic knowledge of grammar so that provide the foundation for extracting and analyzing imperative sentences from textbook.The third chapter is making the specific analysis of the imperatives sentences on "Boya Chinese" comprehensive textbooks. Boya Chinese comprehensive textbooks, a total of four levels, namely:Elementary (2 volumes), Semi-intermediate (2 volumes), Intermediate(2 volumes) and Advanced (3 volumes). So in this chapter, the author first extracted all imperative sentences in the main text, vice text, reading comprehending materials, and found out the parsing and practice of the imperative sentence; and then analyzed different types of imperative sentences of quantity, time, modal particles, and the additional components and preparing for the analysis in the next chapter.The fourth chapter is on the basis of the third chapter and make objective evaluation on the advantages and disadvantages of imperative sentences arrangement on Boya Chinese Comprehensive Textbooks. Through the analysis of the imperative sentence of the text in third chapter, from the point of view of macro and micro analysis if the use of the imperative sentence is consistent with the context, and analysis of the imperative sentence whether there is a problem in the textbook, the imperative sentence exercises is not sufficient. Finally, the corresponding improvement method is put forward aiming at the problems exposed. To improve the teaching effect of imperative sentence from two aspects of teaching materials and classroom teachingThe last part is the conclusion. The series textbooks called "Boya Chinese" is used widely, it is one of the representative and authoritative textbooks of Chinese teaching. However in terms of imperative sentence arrangement and practice frequency, there is still a lack of systematical practice and imperative logo explanation, there is no regularity summarized. This situation needs to be improved, so we hope to add special imperative sentence practice, provide a rich pragmatic environment, in order to cultivate Chinese learners correct use of imperative sentences.
