Research On The Development Of National Cultural Tourism Resources In Xundian County

Xundian County is a minority autonomous county,and there are many ethnic minorities liveing peacefully together in it.Among them,the Hui,Yi,Miao,nationalities are the minority nationalities with larger populations.In the history of these minority nationalities,they created various ethnic cultures.Xundian County is a region of abundant ethnic cultural resources and less developed economy,because of lacking of the support by local industry.So it's important and urgent to foster advantageous industry,and promote the county's economic development.With the rapid development of tourism industry,national cultural tourism is the trend of the future and has increasingly become an important modern tourism content.Xundian is one of the tourist resorts in China with unique characteristics.Particularly,the natural scenery and the rich ethnic folklore are of extremely high ornamental and tourist value.In recent years,xundian county try to exploit national cultural tourism resources,but the development is still in its infancy.Under the background of poverty alleviation entering a crucial stage,it's our urgent and concerning subject for research as how to seize the opportunity to promote the economic development throughing protection and inheritage of Minority culture and improving the tourist industry as underpinning of country economy.By analyzing the former research achievements and the most successful case in our country,this article chose the literature analytic method,comparative method and interview survey,and thus provide scientific guidance for Xundian county as how to develop the ethnic cultural tourism resources.Based on the theory of New Public Administration,industrial integration theory and sustainable development theory,this paper analyzed the current situation and difficulties of Xundian county national culture tourism resource development.Meanwhile,by drew lessons from the other two domestic ethnic minority areas with successful experience of development of ethnic cultural tourism and according to the actual situation of Xundian county,the article suggest to give full play to the government's corpus function.We can go on through five aspects: make management system in order,innovative development mode,enhance human resources development,increase financial support and expand propaganda,trying to explore a road with local characteristics of the ethnic cultural tourism development.At last,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
