Xi'an tourist industry is an important component of Shaanxi industry trade, It has been keeping quick development for more than 20 years. The development of tourist industry is to take the tour products as basis , the cultural tourist products have more attractions among Xi'an 's tourist products. Therefore, the Xi'an tourist trade development strategy mainly depends on how to change good culture resource into good culture products.That exploitation and marketing of the tour destination product is a dynamic process with the tourist to destination cognition , the fine tourist cognition to the destination touring is a good exploitable resource , this resource's rational use can strengthen tour destination competitiveness. The thesis has studied Xi'an tourist trade strategy positioning from tourist cognition angle , and suggested the resource developing approach and mode that support the strategy Chinese culture.The thesis includes five chapters in total. The first chapter is summarization, by drawing lessons and analysis to relevant document for theory studies, important concept in the thesis having been introduced that psychology is hit by the cognitive concept and relevant theory , sums up out capital on cognitive psychology concept basis: Tourist cognition.The second chapters include two parts, part I is the analysis of the minor environment——Shaanxi tourist industry's development; part II is statistics and analysis to Xi'an culture resources. The third chapter is the analysis of strategic positioning of the development of Chinese culture resources. The fourth chapter has brought forward the developing steps in detail, including the location problem base of the Chinese culture, the resources choosing problems of protecting and developing of Chinese culture and city choosing problems of regional cooperation.
