Compared with traditional teaching Chinese as a foreign language, teaching Chinese as a second language under the new media has many advantages, The dissemination of information under the new media environment is instant, original, innovative and diversified. We can collect pictures, animation, video and audio communication and send the scientific content to Chinese learner through Wechat. WeChat,as a carrier of Chinese teaching, can provide learners with rich content and learning materials.The first chapter of this paper introduces the research significance, research theory, research methods, research background, research status and goals of this paper.The second chapter introduces the design model of WeChat, take "Chinese language from YuHang of Nomal University" as an example, it will display platform structure, content and characteristics, introduce the principle and method of the design of the platform.The third chapter the author will study whether the WeChat public platform feedback can effectively improve the level of Chinese language learners, and improve how to make it play a bigger role through the evaluation of the learning platformThe fourth chapter is the design of "learning WeChat group chat" in the form of experiments. Share knowledge and culture through group chat. The research object is the teachers who teach Chinese in our school, which substitute students of teachers as experimental group members, the group chat will apply in the usual Chinese learning and life for a period of two months of testing. After two months test, the author will investigate feedback of the experimental group to analyze and summarize.The fifth chapter of this thesis, content will be summarized, which illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the process of Chinese learning based on "WeChat public platform" and "WeChat group chat", it has a broad space for development.In the final part of this paper, the author will Summarize the conclusion and the limitations of this research content, and also will take a further view for research prospect in the future.
