This paper paid attention to the adverbs in San Xia Wu Yi, and strive all of them to make a qualitative and quantitative research to summarize some features of the San Xia Wu Yi in adverbs.This article consists of the following three parts:The first part is an introduction, it is a brief study of the status quo San Xia Wu Yi and fellow scholars, the present research focuses on linguistics, and make an overview of the status of research of the adverb, analyze the definition and classification of adverbs, present the purpose and significance of this topic, and introduce the Research methods this article used.The second part is all types of adverbs are classified research, analyzes its semantic feature and functional characteristics, and an example will be described, which is the focus of this article.The third part is the comprehensive survey of adverbs in San Xia Wu Yi and summarizes the San Xia Wu Yi features of adverbs in three parts:there is a complete structure, wide varieties and the book’s main adverb are double-syllable words, and compare it with the modern Chinese adverbs, and explore its linkages and differences with modern Chinese adverb, and these are reflected in three aspects:part of modern Chinese adverbs are still used, and have the same meaning and usage; no longer used in modern Chinese; and there are still some adverbs in the use of form and meaning have changed, especially the monosyllabic words.
