As a language for special use, the people willing towards Business Chinese have tight connection with the development of Chinese economy. With the increasing development of Chinese economy and the economic globalization, the amount of Business Chinese learners has increased quickly. Business Chinese has become the ultimate hot point in Teaching of Chinese as Second Language (TCSL). From 1980's, teaching of modern Business Chinese is getting into the glory stage at present. All of these above are challenges for compiling Business Chinese teaching materials, improving teachers' personal quality, and changing teaching method.Classroom teaching is the most important teaching link in Business Chinese teaching, Business Chinese comprehensive course is the basic, pillar, and core of Business Chinese teaching. It is the most important thing to accomplish teaching tasks, to reach the settled teaching goal, and to improve the effect of comprehensive course. Therefore, it is necessary to make a series of specific, reasonable, and scientific course design for the comprehensive course.This paper takes students of Business Chinese course in Shaanxi Normal University as the study subjects, based on the current TCSL teaching theories, class design theories, and Business Chinese study achievements, and the real situation of students, trying to find the suitable design of Business Chinese class teaching in Shaanxi Normal University.This paper contains five sections. Introduction section which focus on the background, significance of this paper, teaching design theories and the current situations and research methods. Chapter one, analyzing the teaching elements of Business Chinese class from the perspectives of textbook, learning needs of learners, and teachers. Chapter two, analyzing the utilization of popular teaching method:case study pattern teaching method, and task pattern teaching method. Chapter three, the key chapter, by careful organizing, analyzing the questionnaires, hopes to make the Business Chinese class in Shaanxi Normal University become more and more reasonable, scientific, and practical.
