With the Chinese comprehensive national strength and international influence of the upgrade, the growing number of foreign students studying in China. Many students China study, not only to meet their Chinese learning interest hobby, and more biased towards the objective of planning the future of their own development, therefore, the education of Chinese professional, occupation type has become a hot issue in foreign language education. Business Chinese is an emerging branch specialized in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, as more and more students will be learning motive supporting employment demand as a Chinese, we should constantly improve the discipline construction, professional needs to satisfy the learners; research of teaching materials and teaching design of business Chinese is very important.The study of external Chinese teaching compared with the general, specific study of existing theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is very few, and the theory of teaching business Chinese which is less and less, the lack of scientific teaching syllabus, teaching standard and the teaching standard, so far has not formed a set with its own distinctive style, mature theory and teaching perfect teaching mode. This topic plans to discuss from the perspective of teaching design is the most basic business Chinese, in the writer's practice unit of grade 2012 of Shandong University of Science and Technology international trade professional Vietnamese students as the research object, through the concrete teaching design, to the professional characteristics of Chinese trade and economic analysis, summarize the study actuality of inductive international trade professional students, puts forward some thoughts and trade Chinese classroom teaching, so as to put forward their own ideas and suggestions for the development of professional Chinese teaching.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part of foreign language teaching, general and specialized teaching. It explains their respective characteristics and the current form of the respective research.The second part, business Chinese teaching and teaching business Chinese. Business Chinese from business Chinese development, therefore this part explains the research scope of business Chinese teaching, and the difference and relation with economic and trade of Chinese.The third part, nalysis and design of teaching business Chinese. This part is the analysis of a series of specific teaching design case next to start the analysis, including teaching object, teaching material use, learning objectives, teaching principles.The fourth part, "the case teaching design business Chinese" —to "technical barriers to trade and intellectual property rights" as an example. This is the main part of the article, including the teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching points, teaching methods, teaching arrangements and the specific design process, etc..The fifth part, business Chinese classroom teaching self evaluation and reflection. Summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching design, and thus trigger thoughts for business Chinese teaching skill training.Combined with the practice of Chinese teaching in Shandong University of Science and Technology, for Vietnamese students in China to the targeted, operable teaching design, hope that through the business Chinese teaching in the design of the course, can help students learn Chinese better, cultivate professional Chinese communication skills, but also hope to and the related research fields together with the teachers in-depth study of professional Chinese teaching.
