With the rapid development of China's economy, the Chinese quickly towards the world, more and more foreigners come to China to learn Chinese. In 2012 South Korea's well-known enterprises Samsung semiconductor Co. Ltd. entered to Xi'an, South Korea's Samsung attaches great importance to the learning of Chinese, this situation asks for higher and higher requirement of Chinese as a foreign language teacher. The superiority and inferiority of professional quality of Chinese teachers for foreigners directly affects the teaching quality. By recording and analyzing the teaching process of Chinese as a foreign language and then using the results of the analysis to get the teaching feedback and guide the future classroom teaching practice.Through recording the Chinese class,this paper analyses the whole teaching process and teaching efficiency.The cases in this paper are real and scientific as well as objective in the process of recording in order to restore a real Chinese as a foreign language class. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of these typical real cases, this paper makes the case study take full advantage and command huge influence on the process of studying Chinese as a foreign language and provide references for the new generation of Chinese as a foreign language teachers.The chapter one discusses the purpose of the thesis topic,the case study's related concept,research significance,research contents and research methods.The chapter two discusses the class recording and analysis,including the teaching basic conditions and oral class case study analysis.Chapter three discusses the intermediate spoken Chinese class topic teaching analysis in Samsung semiconductor Co.Ltd.in Xi'an.The chapter four discusses the reflections on the case study.The chapter five is the last part of this paper, it elaborates the main points and deficiencies of this paper.
