Since 2008,after Marvel Entertainment's first film "Iron Man" released,in the next ten years,followed by the launch of 14 films,such as "Captain America","Hulk" and "Ant-man","Doctor Strange".2 TV series,like "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" "Agent Carter",a total of 6 seasons.3 Net plays,"Daredevil","Jessica Jones","Luke Cage",a total of 4 seasons and 5 shot videos,for instance "The Consultant","Item 47","All hail the king".Not only in the high movie box offices,TV ratings and network play demand rates were excellent,more is that Marvel use of a diffident way to tell stories.The movies,TV series,Network videos multi platform cross media narrative,the narrative of all media content in the platform at with the same background in the world,known as the "Marvel Cinematic Universe".The success of the Marvel's superhero film and television works,thanks in large part to the success of the "Marvel Cinematic Universe".The "Marvel Cinematic Universe" is not produced by the same development team,which by the Marvel Entertainment Company's "Marvel Comics","Marvel Studios","Marvel Television" between different departments to make it.Each department based on the different media characteristics,to choose suitable for adaptation cartoonsuperhero,and according to the different nature of the media,film and television works on different platforms also have a different way of narration.The first part of this paper describes the history of the various sub sectors of the company,including "Marvel comics","Marvel Studio","Marvel Television" and their respective division of labor.In order to be able to cross media platform narrative marvel in the fields of film and television dramas,and analysis of the Marvel Entertainment Company in Disney's acquisition of Marvel studios after the reorganization,the impact to the marvel films.The second part analyzes the construction of the diffuse film universe from the following three aspects:the content of the film and television works,the concept of time and space and the characters of the film and television works.The third part is the key chapter of this research,analyzes the different characteristics of different media platforms.The fourth part of the domestic film and television works "IP" adaptation craze,whether it is a classic masterpiece "journey to the west" or the modern novel "Tomb notes",hope that successful experiences can be learnt from Marvel film and television works,and puts forward some domestic IP film creation proposal.
