The piano is a musical instrument introduced by the west,which provides more possibilities for the development of Chinese music education.Nowadays,more and more people choose to learn piano because of the innovation of education policy,the change of the times and the optimization of the living conditions.As the number of students increased,the demand for piano teachers also increased.In order to improve the quantity,some normal colleges and universities tend to ignore the importance of quality.Piano teachers in the teaching of the main-piano teachers generally need to go through the normal college or music institute of professional learning.The piano teacher,in the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology,history,music history,piano faction history,piano playing skills,piano practice skills and other aspects of knowledge,methods and skills on teaching.However,in the teaching process,there may be a situation in line with or deviate from these requirements.Once the piano teaching,piano teaching quality is not improved,and even allow students to set foot on the future path of piano teaching into errors,blind spots,and make students practice,learning and performance in different stages of demand can not be met,thus gradually lead to misleading results deteriorate,circulation.This paper selects Jiangsu's three normal universities,professional music and elective or piano student as the main research object,using the methods of questionnaire,recording investigation,comparative study,aims to find out the deficiency,and puts forward the suggestions according to the teacher's visit,literature reading and mentoring.Through the investigation,we found some problems,for example:the students' teaching in the school did not involve the connotation,style and background of piano works.May the piano works understanding is too one-sided,because the teacher asked the students to understand the work content is too small,for a new work is to let students do exercises,learning,playing surface,if more about the background of the works,the composer's faction,the times and other aspects will have to show more delicate works the connotation,as well as reducing work possible;also for piano skills to be accurate,such as arpeggios,requires an understanding of such scale based practice is not deep,the surface will only play,but for the arms,fingers,fingers,turn,singing requirements did not understand,such teaching will only continue,to reduce the quality of teaching,teachers should accurately point out the problem,students,students should understand the basic(in arms and fingers,Transfer to the fingertips,etc.)the operation requirements,at the same time to Reading Pedagogy and psychology books,and understand teachers' teaching style,they will not only more important is to let students,so teachers can only improve the efficiency of piano teaching,make students happy growth,development and innovation;some students obviously,not practicing,not love piano,for this type of approach to a lot of students teachers left untreated took the final exam fail the exam as much as possible so that students can practice.In this case the student practice is definitely wrong,teachers should do in education,the music education may embark on a road of the students a little more patience,the use of music teaching method of SUZUKI Kodak to teaching method,teaching method and so on,to stimulate the enthusiasm of students learning,and correct the hearts of students from the heart of laissez faire view proper conversation not only let the students find confidence,and may be able to stop at the same time by the teacher concerned.No matter what kind of students should not be a teacher in the implementation of the piano teaching activities,we must constantly find problems,ask questions,correct the problem,so that the quality of piano teaching has been improved.
