This study investigated the interpersonal interaction of the college student,discussed the relationship of the thinking style and interpersonal communication,thinking and coping style,coping style and interpersonal communication.This study used the method of group counseling to improve the interpersonal communication of college students.In addition to the direct adjustment of interpersonal status,on the one hand,we improved the interpersonal communication by changing the cognitive style of College Students in group counseling.Because cognition includes thinking,the study also adjusted the thinking tendency and thinking mode of college students.In other words,the group counseling had an impact on thinking.On the other hand,we also solve problems through group cooperation to improve students' coping styles.The results show that the group counseling improves the interpersonal communication of college students.The purpose of this study is to find a new direction for the interview to explore the interpersonal situation,on the other hand,it can provide a new way for the application of our group counseling through experiments.In this paper,266 students in a university in Jining as the subjects,get the data of the266.The data were processed by SPSS and Amos,and found the following conclusions:(1)The individual way of thinking can significantly predict the coping style,and the path coefficient of the mode of thinking to the coping style is 0.60.The thinking style can significantly influence the coping style.The four dimensions of thinking mode have significant predictive effect on coping style,linear decision making and external information sources play a negative role in coping styles and nonlinear decision making and internal information sources play a positive role in prediction;(2)The coping style of college students can significantly predict interpersonal communication,and the path coefficient of coping style to interpersonal communication is0.93;(3)Coping style plays a part of intermediary role in the mode of thinking and interpersonal communication.Under the influence of coping style,the indirect effect of the mode of thinking on interpersonal communication is: 0.6.*0.93=0.558;(4)The thinking style(total)to predict coping style was positively predicted,but linear thinking decision-making and external sources of information the way of thinking in the dimension of coping style negative prediction,nonlinear decision and internal sources of information on coping style was positively predicted;thinking style(total)to the negative predictive effect on interpersonal communication.From the 266 questionnaires,we selected 24 interpersonal situation which serious students will be divided into two groups of homogeneous,one group received group counseling,another group did not receive group counseling.We tested it again a month later,found that :on thewhole,there was significant difference between groups before and after group counseling;more specifically,group counseling improved the condition of the conversation behavior,communicative aspects,the way of getting along with people.However,there is no significant difference between the opposite sex,this group counseling does not significantly improve the ability of college students to get along with the opposite sex.
