People-oriented thought is an important part of Chinese traditional political thought.It has a long history and far-reaching influence.People-oriented thought first sprouted in the Western Zhou Dynasty,the thought of "respecting the Tian and protecting the people",the people-oriented thought was rapidly developed in the Qilu area and became the source of the thought of the Chinese people-oriented thought for more than two thousand years since the beginning of the Chinese Chunqiu Dynasties and Warring States period.Because people thought has an important position in the traditional Chinese culture,so far has made fruitful research results,and for different regions of the people of the ideological differences is very weak.Therefore,this article from the Qi,Lu cultural differences between the regional start,in-depth study of Qi and Lu,the similarities and differences between the people of the two ideas.The first chapter is mainly talking about the historical origin of the people-oriented thought in Qi and Lu,and the influence of different regions and the national policy on the thought.Deeply influenced by the ritual culture and the thought of "respecting the Tian and protecting the people",Lu has formed the people-oriented thought with the core of "benevolence" while Qi's people-oriented thought is deeply influenced by its pragmatism and openness,which concerns more about the interests of people and regards “ enriching people ” as the core of its people-oriented thought.The second and third chapters are mainly talking about the main points of the people-oriented thoughts in Qi and Lu.Guan Zhong and Yan Ying are two representatives of Qi.The core of the people-oriented thought of Guan Zhong is to enrich people,and he believes that“enrich people is the most important thing to govern a country”.Yanzi lived in the decline period of the Qi.Although he lived in a time with troubles,he inherited the Qi's people-oriented thought,especially since the thought comes from Guan Zhong.He put forward the opinions such as live frugally,treat people kindly and generously rather than mean,commutate penalty,reduce tax,etc.,which plays a positive role in maintaining the Qi's regime.The fourth chapter comprehensively analyzes the similarities and differences between thepeople-oriented thoughts of Qi and Lu.In general,the people-oriented thought Qi and Lu has the same origin,advocating to love the people,enrich the people and educate people.However,due to differences in geographical environment and national policies,Qi and Lu have formed different value orientations and political ideals.Qi is looking forward to interests,so it has formed the thought to enrich people,whose aim is make the country and military strong and dominate the world.In Lu's thought,the purpose to enrich people is to educate them,in another words,people's wealth is necessary to the harmonious society.The fifth chapter is mainly talking about the people-oriented thought of Xunzi,a master of the Confucianism in the pre-Qin period and the last master Jixia Xuegong,an official high-level school.The people-oriented thought of Xunzi has not only inherited the essence of the Confucianism but also absorbed the deep influence of the Qi's culture.His doctrine of "the human nature is evil",the political proposition of “majesty and hegemony” and the theory of“respect the monarch and value people” all show the integration between the people-oriented thought of Qi and Lu.In summary,this article through comparison similarities and differences between the people-oriented thoughts of Qi and Lu,not only discussed in detail the main content of Qi and Lu People-oriented thought,but also deepened the understanding of the local differences of them,Enriched the longitudinal comparison of the people-oriented thought.Has a certain theoretical reference value.
