The Chinese traditional music culture has a long history for thousands of years,mainly in the family,the division of the continuation and development mode.In twentieth Century,with the rise of the new school,the mode of school inheritance began to emerge,and after the founding of new China,it has become the most important way to inherit and develop the traditional music culture.School of national instrumental music education in Shandong can be traced back to the beginning of twentieth Century,just as the early normal music education in minor.Since the new China was established,with the establishment of Shandong province university and the improvement of teaching conditions,the professional national instrumental music education has been developing scientific and systematic training,not only a large number of folk music talent,also made an important contribution to the development of music culture in Shandong province.Based on the national instrumental music education in Colleges and universities in Shandong after the founding of new China as the research object,and according to the different nature of the university is divided into art colleges and normal universities and comprehensive universities three,based on the literature and field interviews based on different periods since through college since the creation of national instrumental music teaching to teachers,the curriculum,teaching material construction and art practice aspects,summarizes the pros and cons of education;and ethnic music education on the part of the investigation,the problems in teaching and put forward some targeted recommendations to.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter,review and summary of the first half of twentieth Century,the Shandong School of national music education;the second chapter discusses the new Chineseestablishment to the end of the cultural revolution period in Shandong national music education development,mainly in Shandong normal college and Shandong College of Art in two schools;the third chapter,and summarizes the development of national music education of the Cultural Revolution ended at the end of the twentieth Century Shandong art colleges and normal universities;the fourth chapter,since the college enrollment,investigation and study of Shandong Province in three different universities in national instrumental music education;the fifth chapter summarizes Shandong university national instrumental in the development of education and in today's colleges and universities in Shandong,the national instrumental music teaching in the analysis of problems,and to put forward pertinent suggestions.In the conclusion,the author summarizes the development characteristics of Shandong national instrumental music education since the founding of new china.
