This study investigated vocational college students' aggressive behaviour and its affect factors, aiming to implement an intervention to students who were tested to be high-aggressive and put forward educational suggestions to lower aggressive behaviour. Participants in this study were 2078 students from one vocational college.578 students were tested in pre-survey including 541 effective samples; 1350 of 1500 students were effective samples in the formal survey. The investigation and group counselling intervention were based on the revised Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ) and Big Five Personality. The results of this study indicated that:1.From the perspective of gender, female students achieved significantly higher scores in the anger, indirect attack and hostile dimension than male students, while male students' scores substantially exceeded female students' in the dimension of physical attack. From the perspective of grade, students of the sophomore year, junior year and senior year attained higher scores in physical attack than first-year students. Also, senior year students behaved more aggressive in physical attack than those in junior year. Furthermore, compared with the group of students from urban areas, students from rural areas got higher scores in the dimension of hostile. Besides, liberal art students achieved higher scores in anger dimension and lower scores in physical attack dimension than science students and engineering students. Finally, students from the only-child families attained higher scores in physical attack dimension but lower scores in anger, indirect attack and hostile than those from non-only-child families.2. Big Five Personality and aggression showed significant correlation.Neuroticism in Big Five Inventory had significant positive correlation with all four dimensions of aggression. Nevertheless, the other four traits (Openness to experience,Conscientiousness, Extraversion and Agreeableness) in Big Five Personality showed the negative correlation with all dimensions of behaviour. Neuroticism in Big Five could predict the scores of the dimensions of anger, indirect attack and hostile. Moreover, Conscientiousness in Big Five Personality could predict the dimension of physical attack in aggressive behaviour.3.After the intervention of group counselling, the experimental group had lower scores than the control group in the dimensions of anger, physical attack, indirect attack and hostile. As a result, this study offered an authentic glimpse into aggressive behaviour of vocational college students. These students' total score and scores in the dimension of anger, physical attack, indirect attack and hostile were all at a high level. Aggressive behaviour varied from gender, grade, family location and majors. Also, Big Five Personality was correlated with aggressive behaviour, and the Group Counselling Intervention were investigated to lower the frequency of students' aggressive behaviour.
