The purpose of the study was to investigate the relations among vocational students' personality traits, coping styles and interpersonal distress and if there were significant gender, professional, Source Place and family income on them.To explore the relationship between personality traits, coping styles and interpersonal distress,300 vocational students were chosen at random to complete the BFP(Big Five Personality Scale), CSQ(Coping Style Questionnaire) and SCDR(Students Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale relationships).The results of the research were as follows:(1)There are no significant differences of major and family income for vocational student on personality traits; Different places of students have significant differences on openness.(2)The interpersonal relationship distress of vocational students was on the middle level, there were no significant differences of different gender's students on the interpersonal relationship; Interpersonal relationship of students has significant differences on family income.(3)There were significant differences for college students of differ gender on recourse; Vocational students of different birthplace have significant differences on the retreat factors, but the coping styles of vocational students have no significant differences on family's monthly income.(4) Vocational students'personality traits, coping styles could predict interpersonal relationships.
