Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Service Of Grassroots Cultural Stations

Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. As China's economic strength is rising, the cultural needs that have long been neglected by the public gradually increase.The government adheres to principle of "basic", by promoting the development of cultural undertakings, establish and perfect the system of public cultural services, safeguard the basic cultural rights and interests of the people, to ensure the basic cultural needs can be met. The grass-roots cultural station is a public welfare institution organized by the government to provide public cultural services, guide grass-roots cultural work and assist in the management of the grass-roots cultural market. Because the basic situation of our country is that the allocation of public resources decreases with the administrative level, then the grassroots has naturally become the weakest link in the construction of public cultural services. Further study on the grass-roots cultural station will help the cultural station improve its service ability, thus helping to improve the public cultural service network.The main research methods of this paper are literature research and case study. Is the first study of the grass-roots cultural station historical evolution, the overall situation, and then studied the use of questionnaires, interviews, observation and other methods of Jiangsu Y county cultural station, to find out the cultural service station is a common problem and accordingly and the reasons, and then through the relevant theory research and literature knowledge, useful experience on the management of construction the cultural center of the appropriate reference at home and abroad, and summarizes some can improve the current grass-roots cultural station operation countermeasures. The author hopes that we can improve the service ability of the grass-roots cultural station and make it play a proper role in the public cultural service system.This article is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the purpose of this study and literature review at home and abroad. The second part introduces the research background of the cultural station. The third part introduces the overall situation and overall characteristics of cultural stations in China. The fourth part through the questionnaire survey,interviews, field visits and other forms of Y county cultural station for empirical research, find out the existing cultural station service from the four aspects of infrastructure, finance, construction,culture etc. and analyze the causes of supply and demand. Put forward some suggestions to improve the grass-roots cultural service station of the fifth part, mainly divided into five aspects,one is to improve the top-level system design, two is to change the ideas, the three is the importance of team building, the four is to protect the cultural funding, five innovative ways of working.
