Research On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service In Pingjiang New Town Of Suzhou Gusu District

In recent years,along with the accelerating of construction of China's public cultural service system,it is obvious that construction of public cultural facilities network have been greatly improved.However,the spiritual and cultural needs of the grassroots people are more and more diversified,and the existing grass-roots cultural facilities and services have been difficult to meet the actual needs of the broad masses of the people.Therefore,we record the grass-roots government as the research object,through analyzing the present situation in Pingjiang,Gusu District of Suzhou city public cultural services,the existing problems and improvement measures,hoping to further build the brand culture of Suzhou City,to provide policy advice and reference.The introduction is the first part of this paper,which mainly explains the research background,research significance,research ideas and methods and the possible innovation and deficiency of this study.The main text is composed of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the basic theory of public cultural services,domestic and foreign research situation and achievements,and the development of public cultural services in china.The second part mainly expounds the present situation and achievements of Pingjiang new town in the public cultural service.In the third part,this paper expounds the shortcomings of the current public cultural services in Pingjiang new town and the reasons for the problems.In the fourth part,through the advanced practice of Yinzhou Zhejiang,Shanghai,Changzhou Jiangsu public cultural service analysis and summary,and in the fifth part puts forward relevant plans and Countermeasures on the development of Pingjiang metro public cultural services.
