With the continuous development of China's economy and society,governments at all levels have vigorously promoted the reform of public institutions in recent years,including the reform of state-owned performing arts institutions into enterprises.Before the restructuring,China's state-owned performing arts institutions has long been engaged in the creating,performing and promoting of fine art works,shouldering functions like enriching people's cultural life,directing public opinion,and promoting culture,etc.Being public institution has provided systematic guarantee for state-owned performing arts institutions to fulfilling their functions but at the same time resulted in the low efficiency of resource allocation.Therefore,this organizational form no longer meets the needs of the new historical period.Based on financial management theory,this theory aims to explore the structuring of financial management system of state-owned performing arts company.By analyzing the defects of financial management of Performers Company and applying financial management theory,this thesis tries to analyze its financial restructuring strategies from the perspective of goal-setting of financial management,efficiency of resource allocation,and improvement of financial system,in order to setting up a new angle and theoretical basis for state-owned performing arts companies to establish its financial management system.This thesis consists of five chapters: chapter one is the introduction;chapter two generalizes the theoretical basis of financial management for incorporatized state-owned performing arts institutions,including the goals and principles of financial management,systematic background of the incorporatization and features of the financial management,laying foundation for the application of opinions;chapter three analyzes the current situation and problems of the financial management of DF Performing Arts Company,generally introducing the process of the incorporatization of DF Performing Arts Company,its business situation and financial situation,finding out its problems in financial management such as unclear goal,irrational resource allocation,flawed financial system,lack of cost control and risk control,etc,and providing reasons for the problems listed above;chapter four applies financial management theory and puts forward specific measures of optimizing DF Performing Arts Company's financial management based on its problems;chapter five is the conclusion.Analyzing DF Performing Arts Company's problems in financial management after its incorporatization,this thesis puts forward relevant optimizing measures,in order to construct DF Performing Arts Company's unique financial management system,promote rational resource allocation,prevent financial risks,promote business quality and efficiency,and provide valuable advice on financial management for similar companies,possessing both practical and realistic meaning.However,due to the limited knowledge of the author as well as inadequate research time and materials,this thesis is still to be improved in the depth of theory,comprehensiveness of research objects and other aspects.
