Research On Ethical Issues Of Performing Arts Management Events

This paper is a review from the perspective of ethics, ethics as a starting point to explore research on ethical issues in the areas of performing arts management, its innovation lies inthe art of management combined with new ethics in the field of arts management.In the context of today’s diversity in the field of the performing arts,the author intends to clarify the performing arts management, ethics, ethics of management, on the basis of that, define and explain the concept of "The ethics of performing arts management" preliminarily, enrich content of performing arts management research field.Using ethical principles and methods to resolve in performing arts management activities eflected in the five categories of ethical misconduct, conduct research on performing arts management practice ethics, and advocated State Ethics in performing arts management activities relevance, usefulness and adverse impact of ethics activities.On this basis, according to arts management practice model for analyzing the lossfactors of five categories of misconduct cases, for reasons from the five elements,proposed the construction of a performing arts management practice ethics and effective measures and approaches.Arts management activities was clearly pointed out that the main object and management in arts management activities should have the audience in ethics and codes of ethics to be followed, so as to guide the management of the performing arts organization or individual practitioners to establish the concept of combination of right eousness and arts management, and operation comply with ethical norms of practice performing arts activities.And recommended specification writersand artists and performing acts of moral awareness,appreciation, music quality, and improve cultural laws and regulations to improve the ethics of performing arts and creating the appropriate healthy management environment.This article is a study opened up a new field of investigation. I hope that this new future research could become a new trend in the field of working together to promote healthy and standardized way of performing arts market development.
