"Journey" Creation Statement

"Journey" is a naturalistic style,a strong documentary documentary.The film shooting lasted four months,the last piece is thirty minutes long,full use of the Canon 70D camera shooting,recording the Du Zhifang old man suffering from esophageal cancer,from death to life of death,what is meant to explore the concept of life and death and the correct meaning of life.The central figure film is Du Zhifang old,all the characters in the story are around the old man,whether Lee grandpa to Luan town to buy medicine,Panpan married,or daughter Fu Ping to go out to buy food,and grandma Du are inextricably linked,it is because the company of family and take care of grandma,Du quiet walk the last time.The documentary "journey" before the shooting,I follow the Shaanxi People's Hospital hospice staff visited more than advanced cancer patients,in the course of visits,we saw a strong life,also saw the fragility of life.The old man should enjoy the old age,because suffering from cancer,not only to endure the pain of torture,but also to bear the emptiness and loneliness alone.For the dying,it is perhaps the best comfort in life to be able to spend the rest of his life peacefully.This paper starting from the creation of the director's perspective,is divided into four chapters,including the director of creative ideas in this film,the theme selection and visualization works,content analysis,the style of the film and post packaging,as well as the director of the creation of reflection and inspiration,trying to work from concept to visual creation course make a detailed exposition.
