With the development of Chinese-teaching career globally,the qualities from Confucius Institutes on comprehensive qualities of Chinese teachers are much developed,including language knowledge,teaching ability,as well as various Chinese traditional acquirements.So,it is promptly demanded to solve that how to apply teachers' talents to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes effectively.This essay searches the necessity,feasibility and limitations of national musical instrument applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes,by the ways of theories,practices and surveys.The first chapter elaborates on the goal,method,innovations and insufficiencies of this research topic.The second chapter summarizes research status of this research topic,including music applying to Chinese teaching,musical instruments applying to Chinese teaching,the relationship between music and language,the current situation of cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes.The third chapter discusses some practices of musical instruments applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes by the ways of choices of music,choices of musical instruments,choices of culture,etc.and analyses most on Erhu,which the author is familiar with.Moreover,the third chapter discusses several modes of musical instruments applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes,and gives some suggestions on it.The forth chapter researches some methods of musical instruments applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes,including the procedures,principles,and proportions.The fifth chapter researches necessities and limits of musical instruments applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes,as well as giving suggestions to teachers designing relative class activities,by the ways of analyzing individual cases.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and proposes beautiful wishes to the future of musical instruments applying to cultural popularization from Confucius Institutes.
