Korean film started late,the development process has also been through the wind and rain,thousands of back.However,at the end of the twentieth century,accompanied by the birth of Jiang Di Gui "life and death spy",it began to leap forward at an incredible speed,just twenty years,the birth of a lot of applause and high-quality film,decided to stand in Asia and The world of the film.Korean film is so successful,tracing the source and its type of film line and industrialization of the road is inseparable.In recent years,the legal theme of the film began to enter the type of production,the birth of such as "melting pot"," defender","broken arrow","minority views" and so on more than ten films,and in this generalized type,A "real case”as the blueprint for the adaptation of the film is come to the fore,won the box office and word of mouth Grand Slam.This type of film will be the real case of South Korea into the fictional text of reflection,keen to show the bottom of the community's survival difficulties,exposing the corruption of the state organs and the imperfect judicial system,penetrate a strong realism creative feelings.The film describes the real life,reflecting the reality of the sharp,really surprising,in addition,the film also often brought a strong social effect.People often talk about "Korean film to change the country",referring to this type of film,so it has a very important research value.Film as a space-time integrated art,any film in time to flow the narrative need to be carried through the specific physical entity space.At the same time,the selection and construction of space are all permeated with the director's creative ideas,so the role of space in the film can not be underestimated.In fact,as a typical type of space with the film type,the real case of the legal film in Japan has the characteristics of space narrative.Then this type of film focused on the choice of what space,how is the space is built,how to expand the narrative space,and behind it also shows what kind of cultural value?This paper will start from these issues,to further explore the Korean real case legal film in the film phenomenon.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic,combs the domestic and foreign research status of this type of film and space narration,and expounds the ideas and methods of research.The first chapter is a combing and summarizing the narration of space narrative theory and Korean legal film,mainly expounding the difference between narrative space and spatial narration,and the creation of film film of Korean real case legal subject matter.The second chapter starts from the form of narrative space.Firstly,the typical scene space ontology is briefly described.Secondly,the construction of scene space in the screen is analyzed from the aspects of tone,scene scheduling,composition and sound.Implied meaning.The third chapter mainly discusses the whole construction mechanism of the film from the spatial narrative rhythm,the spatial narrative structure and the metaphor and symbol of the spatial image.The last chapter explores the spiritual demands and cultural values of the directors behind the narrative of the legal subject film in South Korea.
