Emotional research has always been the focus of academic research at home and abroad.Anger as a common negative emotions,has obvious adverse effects to people's physical-mental health and behavior response,on its intervention research has also become the key part of clinical psychological crisis intervention.Railway police as a result of the particularity of their work nature and environment,in high-intensity and high-pressure state so long-term,and easy to suffer from anger,fear,anxiety and depression or other negative emotions,as special occupational group,their anger if not take timely intervention,not only affect their individual mental health and work efficiency,and even to a certain extent,will affect the entire railway police group as well as the interaction with the outside the group.Therefore,the study of emotional problems of railway police has attracted the attention of government departments and psychological workers.Solution Focus Brief Therapy(SFBT)has become more mature in localization research,especially in the school psychological counseling and clinical psychological intervention having more application,and the effect is obvious.The railway police's anger emotional intervention and treatment research is still not mature enough in the domestic.Therefore,based on the description and interview content of the railway police anger emotional characteristics,this study will focus on solution focus brief therapy being applied in railway police's anger emotional intervention research,combined with the method of anger control in cognitive behavior therapy,It is of great practical significance to discuss the feasibility and effectiveness of the technique for the intervention of railway police's anger.Research purposes:1.To analyze the relationship between anger emotion,occupational stress,resilience and mental health,and provide the basis for focusing on solution focus brief therapy to the railway police's anger intervention.2.Combined with group and individual intervention research methods to explore the feasibility and effectiveness that focusing on solution focus brief therapy for the railway police's anger emotional intervention.3.To provide new technical means for the railway police's anger emotional intervention.Research methods:Study one:Choosing the railway police in Shaanxi Province as the subjects,the questionnaire survey was used to study the anger emotion characteristics and the relationship between anger,occupational stress,resilience and mental health.Study two:Through experimental method to intervene in the anger emotion of high and low anger group of railway police,to explore the effect of solution focus brief therapy in group intervention.Study three:Using of three systematic cases interviews intervention,to observe the clinical effect of solution focus brief psychological counseling on solving the railway police's anger emotion.Research result:1.The state anger score of the overall railway police was significantly higher than the trait score(P<0.001).There were no differences in the level of education and workpost,but there were some significantly differences in the characteristics of railway police's anger in different sexes,age,marital status,police age and workplace(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.01).2.The railway civilian police's mental health score was significantly higher than the national norm and ordinary civil servants,teachers and medical staff groups,Mental health level was significantly lower(P<0.01).3.There was no significant correlation between the level of anger control and the total score of mental health,having a significant positive correlation with resilience and negative correlated with psychological stress(P<0.01,P<0.05),other dimensions of anger scale were positive related to occupational stress and mental health total scores,and have significant negative correlated with mental health level and resilience(P<0.01).4.There was a significant positive correlation between resilience scores and occupational stress scores,and negative correlation between mental health total scores as well as in all dimensions(P<0.01),and there was a positive correlation between occupational stress score and mental health total score as well as in all dimensions(P<0.01).5.there was a negative predictive effect in railway police anger,occupational stress on its mental health level,and resilience have the positive predictive effect.the anger explanatory amount of mental illness was 65.6%.The occupational stress was 6.9%and the resilience was about 0.9%.The predicted values were significant(P<0.001).6.Solution focus brief group intervention to improve the railway police's anger and improve the level of mental health effect is significant,under intervention,the railway police's state of anger scores and mental health scores was significantly reduced(P<0.01).7.Under solution focus brief threapy of the railway police individual interven-tion,the railway police's state of anger experience and the overall level of mental health have improved.Research conclusion:1.Railway police have obvious anger emotional experience and generally have moderate occupational stress,mainly from the workload and life stress,the resilience was in average level,and the level of mental health was significantly lower than other occupational group.2.Railway police's anger,occupational stress and resilience can predict the changes in their mental health level,which the greatest explanatory power was anger.3.The intervention effect of solution focus brief threapy of the railway police'anger and mental health symptoms was significant.
