The Singular Category Quantifier "a" And The Study Of Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language

The Quantifier"Ge"(?)is the most widely used and the highest frequency of use in Chinese classifiers,which is learned earlier by Chinese learners.According to Liu Danqing's(2011)"the Prominent Category"(????)theory,using measure words"Ge"(?)as an example,illustrating the salience of individual quantifiers in Chinese.Firstly,this paper summarizes the specific usage of the quantifier"Ge"and compares it with other quantifiers which are commonly used in Chinese.Secondly,a comparison between the expansion of“Ge”(?)in mandarin and the usage in the Yiyang dialect of Gan dialect.Finally,combining the quantifier"Ge"(?)with the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,this paper analyzes the errors of the quantifier"individual"in the study of foreign students,and puts forward reasonable teaching strategies according to the types of errors and the reasons for the errors.This paper is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason,significance and related research,and explains the content and scope of the research,the theoretical basis,the method and the source of the corpus.The second chapter is the study of the usage of the quantifier " ? ".The grammatical form of the classifier " ? " is divided into several parts,one is the structure of "numeral+ ?+ noun" and the other is the general grammatical structure of other classifiers.The second is "V ? NP" structure,which makes "?" tend to have object sign,and deviates from quantifier to part of speech;third,"V ? VP/adjective" structure becomes complement sign,and it is equivalent to "?",but it is different.Fourth,"pronoun+ ? ",complement sign " ? " and so on.Fifth,the expansion of the classifier "?" in Putonghua is used in Yiyang dialect,and it is found that the quantifier "?" is also a more prominent quantifier in the dialect.Each usage structure is illustrated by an example.The third chapter is mainly about the prominent position of the quantifier "?".According to the collocation of classifiers in "800 Words of Modern Chinese" and the quantifiers in "Outline of Chinese Level Words and Chinese Characters",the usage and frequency of "?" are compared with other classifiers.This chapter increases the use of the quantifier "?" in dialects and the prominent status of the quantifier "?" in dialect.Chapter 4th is the research part of classifier "Ge"(?)in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.The author analyzes the errors of using the classifier "Ge"(?)for foreign students and puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies.Chapter 5th summarizes the content of this paper and points out the shortcomings of this study.
