Contemporary political scientists in the establishment of democratic development of standards when there are serious differences, but whether such differences, there is a standard is widely recognized, this is a political system of citizen's political participation level. It is generally believed that: the development of modern democratic politics is the process of political participation of the expanding process, a country citizen political participation and the higher the level of the country's political development, the higher the degree of."The expansion of political participation is the sign of political modernization".?China is agriculture as the main body of the country; the farmer holds the great majority of total population. The farmers'political participation directly affects the development of Chinese political democratization, also on China's political modernization and political civilization construction has great influence.In recent years, with the deep development of democracy at the grass-roots level, especially the villager autonomy is advanced steadily, vast rural area both in terms of democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management in, democratic supervision, have formed a lot of good system arrangement or practice, rural political life has become increasingly active, the peasants political participation consciousness awakening, political participation requirements and ways of gradually increasing, effectively promote and deepen the villager autonomy. But in a no democratic tradition, and it is the environment of social democratization degree is relatively low land, peasant's political participation in China still exist many urgent problems to be solved, the attribution is the main economy, system construction, social and political and cultural aspects. Therefore, this article will take Guizhou province Zunyi city S village as an example, using of political science about the political participation theory, using the ecological method, literature method, interview method to the village through the practical investigation, in order to get a comprehensive understanding of farmers' political participation in the background of villagers' autonomy of farmers' political participation.This thesis is composed of four parts:The first part is on the villagers' autonomy and participation in political theory, in order for the dissertation to the role theory. The second part of the villager autonomy under the background of the political participation of farmers in the village of s analysis. First in Guizhou province Zunyi city village s basic profile; followed by the village of farmers' political participation in the contents in detail; at last is the village of farmers' political participation in the process of in-depth analysis of the existing problems.The third part is on the impact of farmers' political participation in the analysis of the causes. Mainly from the economic, institutional, political culture and social causes of these four aspects to analyze the impact of famers' political participation.The fourth part is to strengthen the political participation of Chinese farmers countermeasures, mainly from four aspects:the first is to promote the development of rural economy, farmers' political participation in the social economic base lay; second to establish and improve the rural political participation mechanism, implementation farmer is the system of political participation; third the construction of new rural political culture, for the political participation of farmers the establishment of cultural support; fourth develop the rural social organization, enhance the overall strength of farmers' political participation.
