China is a country as farmers being the main body. Farmers account for most of its population. The farmers' political involvement is vital to China's development on politics. The level of farmers' political participation directly affected our country's political democratization process which has significant influence on realizing China's political modernization.At present, the country provides many institutional channels protecting farmers' political participation right. With the increasing living standard of farmers, their awareness and enthusiasm to participate in politics has been highly motivated. Because of China's objective factors such as economic, social political ideological culture and villagers' own subjective factors, there are still many unsatisfactory factors on villagers' political participation after tax reform, such as political apathy, method participation, expansion of non-institutionalized participation which can not meet the requirement of democratic political development. At present, how to make farmers' political involvement develop healthy and orderly after tax reform becomes a great significant matter.This paper selects rural villages in the northwest Anhui as the key research object. It analyses problems combing the actual situation in rural regions of the northwest Anhui. Through institutional and non-institutional participation, this paper studies the post-tax reform situation of villagers' political participation from northwest Anhui under the context of their autonomy and points out the actual problems, such as low political participation enthusiasm, high tendency in non-institutionalized political participation, immaturity of villagers' political participation, obstructed channels in participating. This paper analyzes the reasons affecting villagers' political participation mainly from subjective and objective factors. In the end, this paper offers corresponding solutions, such as developing the rural economy, making good foundation for their autonomy, improving villagers'quality, constructing new political culture, perfecting farmers' expressing mechanism, constructing the villagers' political participation system, strengthening the construction of rural legal system.
