Research On The Supply Of Community Services In The Context Of The Withdrawal Of The Street

Withdrawing street office and combining with communities is the big type of structural reform,which it aims at solving street office's problems. Withdrawing street office enables administrative structures to transfer from three levels to two levels, which district government lead to communities directly,communities officers face with inhabitants. Then, the functions of public service are belongs to communities. In 2010, Tongguanshan district of Tongling in Anhui province was the earliest case of repealing whole street offices. What's more, Tongling is carrying out supplying model of public service in community. They has obtained great feedback and remark since 6 years. from now on, a lot of provinces in China imitates this model. However, with the structural reform enhances, the model has both advantages and problems.The background of thesis is the reform of withdrawing street office and combining with communities, and the research object is Tongguanshan district of Tongling in Anhui province, by quantitative research and qualitative research. In addition, we combine theory with practice to discuss with supplying model of public service in community, reformative result and analyze issues. After this reform, We explore the origin of problems in the process of supplying model of public service in community. We put forward the feasible strategies and suggestions.
