The Poor Law To The National Insurance Law: The Rise Of British Social Law

Britain is a country that earlier rise the social law. From the Poor law to the National Insurance ACT, the context of British social law risen was clear and significant. The features of its development are historical, modern and original. Therefore, its experience and principle can be worthily referred. Primarily, based on the Poor Law and the National Insurance Act, this article would recover the historical facts of the evolution of British Social Law throughout this period from an observers view as far as possible. Additionally, I would study the two laws above deeply to discover the factors influencing the rise of British Social Law in terms of the background, government and ideology respectively. Moreover, while systemizing the status and exploring the influential components of the rise of British Social Law, this article would generalize and analyze the characters briefly. Finally, experience would be summarized to make contributions to inspiration and reference.
