Research On The Path Of Building A Governance System In China

National modern governance system and governance ability is one of the important issues of current our country government administrative system reform. It is has a new request for the government and social relations, more clear about the new development direction of China's social governance ability, therefore, innovation of social governance system become inevitable. The purpose of this paper is to combine the governance theory and system theory, by using the theory of governance in a new way from the system generate perspective build the system generated from development mode. To make the governance theory connotation into the institutionalization of construction process, namely to build a new management system of social development mode in our country: The governance system. To promote the development process of institutionalization and democratization and ensure healthy development of our society in our country.This article is divided into five parts, the first part introduces the topic background and research significance, research status at home and abroad, the basic content and the basic framework and research methods and innovation. The second part is the connotation and the theory of governance type system, elaborates the type of governance system and definition, carries on the theoretical analysis and the type of governance system based on the analysis of reality. The third part is the success of the foreign system of governance type carding, including Brazil's participatory budget system, Britain's governance, etc. The fourth part is the plight of the governance system building, lies in the lack of law, the restriction of traditional political philosophy, complexity of ecological system and the hysteresis of the transformation of the government functions.
