The professional construction of lawyers is an important part of the construction of the rule of law and the perfection of the judicial system.More than half a century after the civil war in the United States is a critical period of the civil war and the gilded age.The main influencing factors of American lawyer professionalism include three aspects: First, the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization after the civil war brought about by the economic and social change demand;Second, the bud and development of the American Bar Association after the civil war, which makes the lawyers for the first time by the institutionalization of supervision and management.The association of teachers' colleges promoted the development of the law school, restricted the qualification of the lawyer's practice, and had a great influence on the lawyer's profession;Third, Randall law education reform from the foundation to improve the legal literacy and professional competence of lawyers, case teaching method to deepen the understanding of the court procedures.To promote the formation of the professional legal thinking, training the ability of lawyers to think independently in the case.The United States lawyers from a low social status and is not recognized by the public profession, and gradually to the profession and for the public recognition of the profession.After the civil war in the United States, the influence factors of professional lawyers to sort out and analyze, it is conducive to our further understanding and grasp of the inherent relationship between the professional lawyers and economic and social development,and to provide reference for the professional development of our country's lawyers.
