Research On The Japanese Pension Welfare System In The Context Of Population Aging

As the world's fastest growth rate and highest degree of aging, population aging issue brings great distress for the social and economic development of Japan, pension benefits system develops in the twists and turns, after half century development and improvement, the pension welfare system in Japan has formed a complete system, with its own unique characteristics.This article analyses and explains the Japanese pension benefits system through four chapters. Introduction as the first part of the whole article briefly describes the purpose and meaning, definition of relevant literature review, research methods and innovations as well as related concepts; first chapter, from the understanding of �East Asian welfare model� as a breakthrough point, first elaborats the meaning and characteristics of �East Asian welfare model�, with its own characteristics and differences from the Western countries welfare model, then discusses the Japanese pension welfare historical evolution, through the corresponding stage from germination to establish and tortuous development; the second chapter reviewing Japan pension benefits system development process, based on the analysis of demonstrated general and unique of the Japanese pension welfare system; the third chapter for the Japanese pension system development factors were analyzed from the four aspects of political system, economic development, cultural traditions and population structure; the fourth chapter is based on the current situation of the Japanese pension welfare system, to perspective the dilemma faced by Japanese pension benefits, the pension system of Japan a simple evaluation and corresponding prospect, and talk about related significance to our country.
