Research On The Governance Of Guangxi Power Line Corridors

Electricity brings us human society light. Thousands of families and the working machines rely very much on constant electricity. Power line corridor is a kind of very important Energy transmission channel, which joins the power plants and the electricity users. So, the safety of Power line corridor is also a very important part of public safety. And the construction and maintenance of Power line corridor can affect the quality and speed of electricity development. With the development of the economy, power line corridor faces many difficult problems, which need us to be researched carefully and settled.The article sets forth the theory of public governance, including 3 tools of governing, based on the conception and characteristics of power line corridor. The government's past practice of governing has laid a good foundation, but we still face the problems of failure of legislation, management, market and so on.This article analyses the situation of the governance of power line corridor out of Guangxi and try to find out the bounding point between power line corridor and the theory of public governance. Then we can apply the theory of public governance to explore the creativity of governance according to the situation in Guangxi. New ideas of creativity in main governance structure, law enforcing model, governance policies and governance mechanism are pointed out in this article.This article states that the governance of power line corridor need every governance body to help solve the problems. The government can enhance the level of the management of society and the ability of services by new model of the enforcement of electricity law. And the "Cloud Service Mechanism", which has the characteristics of participation, service, equality and cooperation, will make the power line corridor in better order.
