Empirical Research On The Cultivation Of Social Organizations

In recent years, the social organization incubator had made brilliant achievements, but there are also many different development dilemmas. How to cultivate a social organization with higher cultivation performance to fit for the social development of the present society, it still need to carry out the verification practice and theoretical analysis. This study collects the relevant policies of the social organization of N and analyzes the overall situation of the cultivation of social organizations in the city by literature research methods. And on this basis, this study take three social organization training centers as an example, study their development and operation, the concrete cultivation measures and philosophy, the specific process of social organizations cultivation and explore the cultivating pattern of social organization, by participant observation and non participant observation and interviews. And refer to the experience of social organization foster of developed countries to introspect China's social organization foster experience. I strictly abide by the research ethics, and highly respected observation and interviewer.This research is based on the organization and social support theory, analyzes the present situation of social structure, organizational goals, organizational environment, organizational technology, organizational goals and other elements of the cultivation of the subject. And emphatically discusses the the main cultivation to provide support system for the object cultivation, It is found that there are some problems in the support of the current cultivation subject to the social organization:material support is rich in resources, but the distribution is not reasonable; Information support's design is perfect but difficult to practice, there is a gap between the ideal and the reality; tools support having a actively promote and passive accept contradiction, support effect is not apparent; emotional support aspects between subject and object mutual disappointment.Finally, the study concluded that the optimization of the cultivation of social organizations, need the main body, the object, and the medium comprehensive improved. First of all, the main body should strengthen the communication between the main bodies, broaden the financing channels, improve the organization cultivation technology, etc.. Second, the object should be clear the vision of the organization, and actively participate in training, improve the employing system. The cultivation medium should further promote the transfer of government functions, improve the supervision system of social organizations, rational allocation of resources, improve the evaluation mechanism of social organizations, etc.
