| The "Opinions on Vigorously Cultivating and Developing Community Social Organizations" promulgated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs in 2018 clearly put forward the focus on the development of community social organizations and give full play to the role of community social organizations in community governance.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the cultivation of community social organizations.In 2020,the new crown epidemic broke out.After the spread of the epidemic was basically blocked,the Civil Affairs Department of Hubei Province launched the "Five Society and One Heart" psychological counseling social work service project,which requires vigorously cultivating community social organizations and exerting their psychological guidance in the future.positive effects.From the perspective of asset-based theory,this research combines the practice of"five communities and one heart" psychological counseling social work service project,studies the specific process of social workers cultivating community social organizations,analyzes the challenges encountered in this process,and how to deal with them Strategy.This research uses qualitative research methods",specifically collects relevant information on the cultivation of community social organizations through in-depth interviews and text analysis.First,analyze the changes in community assets before and after the epidemic.It is found that after the epidemic,the resources invested by the government and non-profit organizations in the community have increased,the trust of the community residents in the government and the community has increased,and the connection between the community and the residents,and between the residents and the residents has increased.The increase in the number of community volunteers and the sinking of party members to participate in community services have provided a good foundation for the cultivation of community social organizations.Secondly,it summarizes the process of community social organization cultivation,specifically:taking stock of community assets-mobilizing community power-carrying out capacity training-building a community support network.The project cultivates community social organizations through incubation and activation,so that community social organizations are highly professional,have sufficient available resources,and improve standardization.In the process of cultivating community social organizations,there are also problems such as short cultivating time,immature development of incubating organizations,limited interaction with the community,and inability to borrow community resources to promote their own development.The main dilemmas of social workers in the process of cultivating community social organizations include:being unfamiliar with community resources,insufficient professionalism,and tension between the community,project purchasers,community social organizations and other multiple subjects.Finally,a strategy to deal with the plight of the cultivation of community social organizations is proposed:building a support network for community social organizations;leading community social organizations to carry out activities;helping organizations shape their image;enhancing the professional capabilities of social workers.This research analyzes the process of cultivating community social organizations,the difficulties of cultivating,and strategies to cope with the difficulties,and provides practical experience for social workers to cultivate community social organizations. |
