Under the background of the government's social governance of advocates co-construction,co-governance,and sharing, the development of social organizations presents a prosperous scene. With the increase in personal income, there is a more professional and diversified demand for public social services. At the same time,as society continues to change and develop, various new types of social problems also have emerged, posing external challenges for the development of social organizations. Moreover, social organizations, especially non-profit organizations, have their own inherent deficiencies in their own management and operations. Therefore, exploring the well-established growth path of social organizations is urgency in reality. In 2006,the social organization incubator represented by NPI entered the people's line of sight. As it provides site support, management consulting, capacity building, network construction and brand building in the development of social organizations,it started a new model for fostering social organizations. This has aroused the attention of government and academia to the development of social organizations, and its discussion has gradually increased.According to the current literature, the research centered on the cultivation of social organizations is mainly based on case studies, and mainly focus on the recording of the cultivation process. However, there are few studies that have put social organizations and social organizations the two hot research subjects together. This article will study the interaction between the two from the perspective of ecosystem theory,in order to explore how the two interact, and what interaction results in the interaction. This article adopts the case study method and selects the six organizations including the cultivation center and five organizations that are being cultivated as the research object in the Chuangyiyuan community in the L district of J city. The six organizations are studied as a whole case.Semi-structured interviewing methods of qualitative research are used to conduct in-depth interviews to obtain relevant content on the research topics, and they were transcribed and analyzed in a timely manner to ensure research reliability.Through research,we found that in Chuangyiyuan, the interactive relationship between the two parties is based on an equal partnership, for the interactive direction,it is characterized by two-way,the two are mutually integrated and mutually promoted;for the interactive mode, both are regardless of class, whether they go to work or not and meet each other or not, they interact with each other, which is the so-called the all-weather interaction. This all-weather interaction affects the ecology in Chuangyiyuan and makes interactive subjects more diversified. For the interactive content, the cultivation center has the obligation to help organizations solve problems and promote their growth. So the interaction between the two is guided by the problems that exist in the organizations that are being.nurtured.In the end,the result of a win-win interaction between the social organization cultivation center and the nurtured social organization, social training was affirmed and the nurtured organization was developed. At the same time, this interaction is dynamic rather than static,so we should also be wary of potential challenges to the disruptive effects of win-win interaction.Through analysis, these challenges are both from the external environment and the creation of the benefits itself. Therefore,it is proposed that the microscopic system(cultivation center),the meso-system(government),and the external system(legislation and policy)be regarded as a whole, propose strategies, and jointly meet the challenges.
