China's Urbanization Process With Rural Phenomenon And Its Governance

This thesis has some researches about the Fellow-Townsmen Villages(FTV) in the background of Urbanization in China. Firstly, this paper roughly analyzes and summarizes the formation mechanism, basic characteristics and main problems etc of the FTV; Then taking HuangBei village in LuoHu district of ShenZhen city as an typical example, the thesis has an in-depth analysis about the Governance of the FTV, proposes the party at the grass-roots level in FTV, through the bold attempt to strengthen party FTV migrant workers with the management and service, successfully explores and constructs the mechanism in which the FTV migrants are administered and seviced by emigrant government and immigrant government with sharing the information resources. This mechanism effectively arose the FTV migrants with a sense of responsibility and mission and made a positive contribution on economic development and social harmony. Then it has some analysis on the insufficience about the party at the grass-roots level of the FTV management in HuangBei villag. Following the paper puts forward some countermeasure thinking about the FTV governance. This let us realize urbanization better, promote social harmony, and realize the sustainable development of China, solve the problems that must be solved on the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has not only practical significance for the construction harmonious society in this topic research in our country, but also important theoretical significance to promote urbanization construction.
