Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Volunteers Of Yunnan Red Cross Society

The Red Cross Society of Yunnan province has developed rapidly in recent years,because of its strong social service function,it has outstanding performance in making up the social security,public welfare organization construction and social morality of Yunnan province.The main work of the Red Cross is to rely on a strong volunteer service groups to complete,so the volunteers play a very important role in the activities.With the development of the Red Cross and growing,various problems emerged,such as awareness of citizens of voluntary service is not enough,the legislation is not perfect and so on,these problems restrict the development of the Red Cross volunteer service.Without a scientific and effective incentive mechanism,these problems will not be solved effectively,and will be even more serious.So the construction of the volunteer incentive system has been referred to a new height,this is the system construction of the relevant issues to do a thorough study.In Yunnan Province,the Red Cross started late,Yunnan province belongs to the undeveloped area,its development is relatively slow compared with the western developed countries,domestic experts and scholars and the Red Cross itself incentive mechanism study of volunteers is not many.Therefore,this phase of the study of the Red Cross volunteer incentive mechanism,in theory and practice to improve its role is very important.Based on the relevant theory of Red Cross volunteers and the incentive mechanism is described in detail on the detailed analysis of the status quo of Yunnan Province,the Red Cross volunteers incentive mechanism,and draw lessons from western developed countries volunteer incentive mechanism,to reform the current Yunnan Province Red Cross volunteers incentive system,to promote the development of Yunnan Province Red Cross volunteers fundamentally.In the course of the study,it is found that the Red Cross Society of Yunnan province has the problem of the voluntary mechanism,and actively explore effective solutions.At the same time,the development of more mature red cross to learn,to find a place to learn from,andfinally put forward to improve the Yunnan provincial Red Cross volunteer incentive mechanism.
