Study On The Rural Autonomy Of Jiuxiang

With the development of rural economy, the villager autonomy is a new mode of rural governance, and the basic level autonomy is a great exploration and progress of the road of political democratization in our country. The villagers'autonomous organization for China's grassroots social governance plays an important role in the process of its implementation, it has nine rural economic development and political construction has played a huge role in promoting, enhancing the villagers democratic consciousness, arouse the enthusiasm of villagers to participate the management, maintenance of social stability in rural areas. However, the villager's autonomy has faced a lot of difficulties and challenges in the process of carrying out the continuous development. In recent years, the villagers'self governance organizations also present some problems, which have become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of social governance at the primary level. This article from the perspective of individual restricting factors of current villager autonomy is analyzed, try to put forward the related countermeasures, in order to promote the autonomy of villagers can better sound development, better play a more important role in the grass-roots social governance.This paper regards Jiuxiang village self-government organization as the research object, and studies the villagers' autonomous organizations in the grass-roots social governance role in-depth. First, this paper collected a large amount of literature on the management of village autonomy, through the status of basic concepts, the villagers autonomous organization development and the necessity of the research, lay a strong theoretical foundation for this study; secondly, this paper carries on Jiuxiang rural villagers autonomous organization case analysis, in-depth analysis of different development status of rural villagers autonomous organization Jiuxiang operation efficiency, benefit and the implementation of the township government policy; finally, the village self-government Jiuxiang management to establish corresponding support system theory, implementation of government policies by affecting the running effect of villagers two groups of interests of the game as well as the domestic and foreign organizations of the enlightenment, to strengthen villagers' autonomous organizations play a role in the grass-roots society governance to provide theoretical support, and provide relevant suggestions and measures.
